Scott W. O'Sullivan is the founding member of The O’Sullivan Law Firm and was a partner in the personal injury law firm of Gregory & O'Sullivan, P.C. for six years. He has been in private practice as a trial lawyer since 1996, primarily in Colorado courts, but is also licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Prior to representing plaintiffs in civil cases, Scott O’Sullivan was an insurance company lawyer who defended individuals and corporations on a wide range of claims, including:
- Construction-related matters for developers and contractors
- Product liability claims
- Toxic exposure matters, including mold exposure
- Land use disputes
- Commercial carrier and auto liability cases
- Premises liability matters including large commercial buildings and apartment complexes.
Mr. O’Sullivan represents seriously injured people in the State of Colorado and nationally. His primary areas of practice involve automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability cases, Vibrio Vulnificus injuries, and injuries caused by drunk drivers. As a plaintiffs’ lawyer, Scott’s practice includes class action and multi-district cases, and other complex litigation.
Fed up with working for big insurance companies who squeezed injured people out of the money they deserved, Mr. O’Sullivan made the decision in 2000 to represent only injury victims and he has never looked back.
